Note:
The amount of tension and compression is modifiable on the above chucks. The amount of T&C travel is determined
by the length of 2 spacers (sections of tubing) working in concert with 2 springs on a central screw shaft. The screw head
is in the butt of the shank. Slide the body cover forward to access the 2nd spacer (be ready to catch dropping parts).
By interchanging the position of the 2 spacers you interchange the amount of T&C.
Any ratio of T&C (max total of 1.25") can be created with custom length spacers.
For a rigid chuck (with no T or C) instalI the corret length spacers.
By replacing the springs you can adjust the force of the compensation.
